1 Does SOS+ remove hair from the root? No. SOS+ trims hair at the surface rather than pulling it from below the skin. This means regrowth may become visible sooner than it would after threading or waxing.
2 Will my facial hair grow back thicker or darker? No. Trimming does not change the hair's thickness, colour or growth rate. Hair can initially feel slightly blunt because the tip has been cut flat.
3 Can I use SOS+ on sensitive skin? SOS+ is designed for facial use and is suitable for all skin types. If your skin is sensitive, start with a small area and use light pressure. Do not use it over irritated, damaged or broken skin.
4 Can I use it on my eyebrows? Yes. Use the Precision Eyebrow Head for brow upkeep, stray hairs and maintaining your existing shape. For creating a completely new brow shape, professional shaping may still be preferable.
5 How long does one charge last? SOS+ provides up to 1.5 hours of cordless runtime and takes approximately 1–2 hours to charge fully.
6 Can I wash SOS+ under water? No. SOS+ is not water-resistant. Remove the head, brush away hair with the supplied cleaning brush and wipe the device with a soft, dry cloth.
7 Why does trimming feel less smooth? The most common reasons are hair collected inside the head or the head not being fitted completely. Switch off the device, remove the head, clean it with the supplied brush and twist the head securely back into place.
8 Can I use it every day? SOS+ is designed for quick, everyday touch-ups whenever you need them. Always use light pressure and avoid irritated or damaged skin.
