Once your order has been processed, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition before packing and handing it over to our trusted delivery partner. We
have a free shipping policy for all prepaid orders.

1. Orders will take 48 hours after placing your order to process and dispatch
2. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company.
3. The orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days after being dispatched, depending on the city you stay in.
4. To cancel an order, please email care@protouchskin.com requesting to cancel the products orders.
5. Orders that are already processed and shipped cannot be cancelled.
