Refund & Returns Policy

ProTouch offers its customers an “Easy return policy.” You can raise a return/ refund request of the product(s) within 48 hours of its delivery in its original package. Products are only eligible for return if the products received by the customer are received in a damaged or defective state or an incorrect has been delivered. Such products can only be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging in unused and sealed condition.
  1. To raise a request, please send an email to within 48 hours of the delivery time with proofs, i.e., pictures and videos.
  2. The product is no case will be returned if the seal is broken or if the product is already used.
  3. You will be receiving a confirmation code on your email, without which the product returned to us will not be accepted.
  4. If you have received a damaged product, contact the Protouch team immediately with proof so that we can take corrective measures.
  5. If the seal on the product has been broken, it will be considered used and hence cannot be returned or refunded.
  6. Any damaged goods due to the customer’s mishandling will not be replaced/ refunded.
  7. Refunds/ returns/ exchanges are not applicable on cosmetic products.
  8. After our team has approved the refund, it will be initiated within 48 hours of the approval and will take at least 4-8 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
  9. In case of cancellation after the item has been dispatched, reject the product during the time of delivery and raise a query at Your refund will be processed once the product is back to us.
